Inside the home, you’ll find the open floor plan is perfect for spending time together as a group while still having room to stretch out. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes stocked with the cookware and dishware you need for preparing your favorite meals. Each of the home’s three bedrooms comes comfortably furnished and offers the perfect place to rest your head at the end of the day. During your vacation you’ll also enjoy free Wi-Fi and Hulu Live Streaming, giving you everything you need to relax when you aren’t lounging on the beach.

Good enough but far from a "private oasis"

Let me start with 'we had a great time and we were comfortable in the house'. However, it is a far cry from being a 'private oasis' as it is described. This is an older home that has been continually repaired and is in dire need of updating. We called it 'the band-aid house' because most windows, doors, and spots in the ceiling have been repaired multiple times. PROS - Great location about 300 yds from a beautiful uncrowded beach - The important things in the house (A/C, appliances, showers, toilets) worked and the beds were clean and comfortable. - Kitchen had everything we needed - The guest portal was a great resource - Contactless check-in was great - Management was quick to resolve our issues - Nice having a private pool - Inside of the house was clean CONS - Required pool alarm on kitchen back door was bypassed when someone taped it up so it will not alert you when the door is opened. - In the garage there were quite a few dead cockroaches (never saw a live one) that had been there for a while - When we arrived the back yard had a lot of dog poop in the yard and on the concrete around the pool. We contacted management and they resolved the issue - in heavy rain there is a leak dripping at the front door. Covered back porch has serious leaks and is unusable when it rains. Water pools several inches at the back door and takes hours to drain off - Upper deck has some nail heads sticking up and soft spots in the wood - Wifi and satellitetvavailabil

Best vacation ever

The house was amazing and the pool just made it even more awesome. and it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Management responded very quickly to questions we had while there and made everything very easy. Would definitely recommend this house and southern vacation rentals.

Family vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beach house. Plenty of room throughout and just a short walk to the beach. We have 2 small children and having the fence around the whole back yard was a huge plus! We’ll definitely try to get this place again.

Nice place

This house is nice. It sits directly on the main street . Pool was crystal clear. Good lighting outside. It does sit next to a 3 story home to you may have people looking down on you while youre in the pool. Gas grill didnt work so we just make our burgers inside. Great AC. Plenty of sleeping space (more than I thought). Master suite bed feel like your laying on clouds. Would have liked a few more trash bags/tissue but ok. Wifi was fast. Ample lighting.

We loved the house. It’s decorations throughout is really cool. It was our second time staying there

The tile floor looked clean but it was actually very dirty. We couldn’t walk barefoot or our feet would be filthy. Under the couch is very dirty. There was no broom. We had to go out and buy dish detergent and laundry detergent. With the virus at hand this lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. I hope this helps as it’s meant to be constructive criticism.
