Modern, 3500 sq. ft., creek-front property with 6 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. Located in the gated Saw Creek Estates community. Guests will have full access to all the amenities within the community: 4 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 2 large Whirlpools, 'Top of the World' restaurant, Tiki Bar, 8 outdoor and 2 indoor tennis courts, indoor racquetball court, outdoor volleyball court, ski slopes, baseball field, basketball courts, fully equipped fitness center and free-weight room, walking trails, Boats, Canoes, Kayaks for rent, lake and stream for fishing. Walking distance to the Top of the World complex, which include indoor and outdoor pools, Whirlpool, indoor racquetball and tennis courts, gym and restaurant. 6 amenity passes provided with the rental, additional 6 can be purchased from the community for an additional fee.

Attractions:
Shawnee Mountain ski area is ten min away, CamelBeach water park and Camelback ski area 30 min. Outlet stores 25 min. Bushkill water falls 10 min.

Great getaway!

This house and property were beautiful- house was spacious and clean, and we loved the creek in the backyard. We enjoyed all of the amenities offered, what a perfect getaway for us all!

Quick Weekend Getaway

Our stay at this Saw Creek Estates property this weekend was exceptional. The house was spacious and clean and provided enough amenities to keep my group occupied. The owner was timely and efficient with all communication. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away with a group.

Extended Family Weekend Getaway

18 family members ranging in age from 4-80!! This place had it ALL!!! The common living space was super spacious and comfortable for everyone to gather whether eating or just hanging out! The bedrooms were a great size and comfortably fit all guests. The overall layout of the place is quite unique with many different levels but with a bathroom on every floor that there were bedrooms it worked very well! The sliding doors lead out to the back deck which looked brand new. The views were outstanding with the river running through the neighborhood. Very tranquil and beautiful! But I honestly think the best bonus to this house is the game room setup in the huge garage downstairs. With small sitting area, pool table and ping pong / beer pong table it proved to be the popular hangout for the 20’s to 40’s age group. No matter how loud it got down there you really couldn’t hear a thing from the main part of the house!!! The only suggestion I would have for this space is to add a TV downstairs as it was football season and the guys all wanted to watch. Overall the house was amazing. Kitchen was smaller than appeared in the pictures but it still was spacious enough and functional. Communication with the host, Eugene, was superb! We hope to come back for our next family getaway!! Thank you for Eugene for a most memorable weekend!!

Perfect for large groups

This house was so great for my group. Great location, not too far from stores or gas stations which is a huge perk. Loved that the house was clean and all beds had towels already folded for each person. Enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and loved the game room. My only suggestion is new cookware because it is very worn down. Some of the pans are extremely scratched up but other than that everything was great
