About this property

New to the 2017 rental market. Bright and cheery house with tile and bamboo flooring and plantation shutters. The mostly wooded, landscaped back yard is a peaceful, natural backdrop for the screened heated pool area (extra charge for pool). The master bedroom (king) with ensuite offers privacy from other bedrooms. The walk-in shower is over-sized and there is plenty of closet space. The other 2 bedrooms (queen; two twins/TV) are separated by a full bath and there is a door to close off this area from the rest of the house for more privacy. This property is on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the Cape Haze Pioneer Bike Trail.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. Owners are very responsive. Everything you need for a home away from home is there. The pool was great. We drove to the beaches on Boca Grande and spent a lot of time on the island shopping, dining and fishing in the Pass.

Great House

Loved the pool. Loved the house. Had absolutely everything you could need and then some. Beach chairs, bikes, etc. all set to go,!

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time vacationing in Florida! The house is better than expected with new cabinets and countertops throughout. The pool was wonderful and well worth getting it heated for evening swimming. The property owners were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing

Great location from all the major beaches. Owners are great to work with and communicate well. Pool was great defiantly worth the extra to heat the pool for our stay. Very remote and quite neighborhood. We will defiantly stay here again on our next visit.
