The outside patio includes table, chairs and gas grill, perfect for summer dining outside. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach! Grill dinner and take it along to one of the two community pools for a summer poolside dinner. The great room and upstairs loft have flat screen TVs. The basement features an entertainment area with a ping-pong and pool table. All rooms have ceiling fans. Wireless Internet and three parking spaces provided. NO smoking or pets. Guest pays $175.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Travel Insurance OPTIONAL. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
