Renovated condo - (approx 1600 sf) including large balcony , with
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with open dining and living area. Our condo is situated within the 5 star Velas Vallarta Resort, which boasts a 10 acre beachfront location on Banderas Bay with views of the Sierra Mountains in the distance. Located in the exclusive Marina district, across from the Marina Golf Course, it is a short walk to the Marina shops, restaurants and weekly market as well as shopping centre and banks. Velas is a quick cab ride or short bus ride to the downtown area where you will enjoy strolling the Malecon and exploring many of Puerto Vallarta's captivating attractions , beaches, restaurants, art shops, activities and landmarks.

Velas is a fully contained resort offering 3 restaurants, room service, 3 swimming pools, lazy river, kids club, spa, tennis courts, pickleball, boutique and many more amenities.

A little bit of Paradise🌞

The condo was perfect. Right away it felt like home away from home. It provided all conveniences, very clean. The view from the patio was lovely. The grounds were lush and beautiful. Only a 15 minute walk to the Marina. The owners provided information about getting around the area that helped considerably. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to go back again.

Great vacation condo

This property was exactly as advertised and highly rated. Great communication from owner throughout the process. Perfect for 4 adults. Great location in Marina area of PV. Cabs very timely and cheap. Food outstanding and the pools/service by staff is superb!! Workout room was nice convenience to use as well. Highly recommend this rental by John and Donna. Thank you for a great week!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because we had 4 young children at the time and trying to find a hotel where we would all fit comfortably was becoming impossible. We purchased about 10 months before Velas was opened. Our children are now grown with children of their own (we currently have10 grandchildren under the age of 11Velas) and they visit us frequently.
Velas is located in the Marina area - we are close to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, spas etc.

What makes this property unique

Velas has a "Kids Club" that our grandkids love. Face painting , arts and crafts, movies, water balloons and video games are just a few of what they offer.
