Adorei passar os dias nesse apartamento. Limpo, com mobilias e utensilios suficientes para uma estadia sem preocupações. O predio conta com porteiro 24h e elevadores. E o Marcelo sempre está disponivel e solicito para nos ajudar. A localização é mega privilegiada, no coração da Lapa. Rua segura e com varias opçoes de comercio e de serviços a poucos metros. Recomendo a ida e pretendo voltar lá mais vezes!!!

Apê em ótimo estado Recomendamos

Estivemos neste Apê mês passado 11/2017 por 3 dias , e simplesmente adoramos tudo á começar pela excelente recepção do: Marcelo ( Proprietário ) que nos atendeo super bem , não nos deixou com dúvidas de nada. Sem contar que o Apê dele é uma graça em bom estado e conservado, contém todos itens certinhos conforme diz no anúncio ou seja é como se você se sentisse em sua prória casa, geladeira , fogão , microondas, utensilios domésticos , wifi e etc etc. E a localização é perfeita na região da Lapa onde está tudo muito próximo , mercados , restaurantes , barzinhos , pontos de ônibus e taxi tudo sem complicação nenhuma muito pelo contrário tudo facil acesso , metrô também não é longe . Gostamos de tudo tanto que nosso próximo retorno ao RIO gostariamos de ficar no mesmo apê. Deixamos aqui nosso muito obrigado por tudo : Marcelo
