This unit is located so close to everything you will simply be able to leave your car in the secure undercover garaging and walk to the CBD, award winning restaurants, cafes, boutique shops as well as dolphin and whale watching cruises.

The open plan living area offers a comfortable lounge suite, 2 arm chairs, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD, timber and wrought iron coffee table and dining table with 6 chairs, water views and sliding door access to a small balcony area with outdoor seating and table. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a wall oven, stove top, microwave, fridge / freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, single bed, bedside table, built in robe and a water view with the 2nd bedroom offering 1x bunk bed, a single trundle bed and a built-in robe. The bathroom has a bath for the little ones, a glass shower, vanity with the toilet separate. There are internal laundry facilities which includes, a top loading washing machine and dryer. Other features of tis property include communal security parking for 2 vehicles and use of the in-ground swimming pool.
