This beautifully appointed Villa is your home away from home! Conveniently and privately located in an Upscale neighborhood, on McDowell Mountain Ranch. Across from the beautiful Javelina Trail and diagonally across from McDowell Mountain Golf Club.

This spacious rancher sits on a 10,000 sq. ft. corner lot, backs on the desert wash, has Stunning View of the mountain and city.

The neighborhood Pub & restaurant Thompson 105, an Open Table Diner's Choice Award Winner two years in a row is just down the road. Honor Health Medical Clinic, Scottsdale Community & Aquatic Centre, gym and waterpark, Arabian Library, AJ Fine Foods, Safeway, restaurants and shopping are minutes down the road.

Westworld (Barret Jackson Car Auction, Arabian Horse Show), Mayo Clinic, Highway 101, Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Beautiful Kierland Commons Shopping District, Costco etc... are all close by. Scottsdale Fashion Square and Scottsdale Old Town are approx. 30 minutes drive.

From our place, you are minutes to all the famous PGA golf courses, and north to beautiful Sedona and the red rocks, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, the amazing Antelope Canyon and more....... That's how our guests described our location as 'GREAT'.

This property is quality built and beautifully laid out. It features 2,800 sq. ft. of spacious luxurious living all on one level, 10-foot ceiling thru-out! Master Bedroom with huge Ensuite bath separated from other guest bedrooms!! 4 bedrooms + Media Room, 2 1/2 baths, open Living Room, Dining Room and Breakfast eating area with deluxe furnishings , art works, a library of books, puzzles and a gourmet Kitchen (double oven), a Keurig Coffee machine plus another Mr. Coffee machine and plenty of utensils and kitchen-wares for those who love cooking. Large kitchen counter with stools for casual gatherings.

A great place for bird watching too!

Our backyard is private, with green hedges around, back on the wash with lots of birds visiting! We have a bird feeder for humming birds:)

You will enjoy a large covered patio. A Resort Style swimming pool with water feature (5 lion heads), suitable for length swims and other water activities. Our spa/whirlpool is also there for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Both pools can be heated on request.

Outdoor Turbo elite BBQ grill and many of the outdoor furniture will help you fully enjoy your outdoor experience.

We had a wonderful time here. The home is spacious, well stocked, and nicely laid out. And the location can’t be beat. Enjoyed having the Javelina Trail across the street. The owners were accessible and responsive to our questions. We look forward to staying again next year.

Dreamy Scottsdale...

Our family was in need of an extended getaway. When we arrived and entered the home and saw the pillow “blessed”, we immediately knew we had found the perfect spot. A tranquil oasis and the warmth of Arizona’s unforgettable sunsets was the backdrop every day for our lovely stay. The house was fully stocked with all we needed and more. There wasn’t a day that we didn’t spend hours in the pool. The water feature was our calming sound buffer. We shared many good meals and laughs and even juiced for 8 days straight. Daily bird watching was a family affair. Humming birds, cardinals and the faithful grey owl that visited daily, early evening. The time spent here was invaluable and we will always cherish the memories of your Scottsdale stay. Thank you for opening the door to your comfy home and allowing it to bless our family.

Excellent "property" in a wonderful area

It's hard to use the term "property" as this is obviously a well cared for home which the owners have done everything to make you feel welcome. The detailed binder provided helpful usage instructions for the pool, whirlpool and outside grill along with local shopping and hiking trails. The closest trail being right across the street. The owners provided ample household supplies, were easily assessable and responsive to any query I had. The neighborhood is quiet and the back yard provides lots of sun along with a plethora of humming birds to enjoy. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend this home

Not to mention the McDowell Mountain Golf Club is diagonally across and the many fine restaurants and good shopping that Scottsdale offers! There are so much to do in Scottsdale and our location is so convenient. Highway101 Loop is at the foot of the mountain ranch that can take us to everywhere......, yet quite upscale and private up on the beautiful McDowell Mountain Ranch! We have a very experience and reputable local property management company looking after our property at all times. We are active and feel fortune that we found this property!
