Things to See and Do

The beach walks are pretty fine too. The walk can take you north to the surf beach at Point Leo, and under certain tidal conditions, south to Flinders.

This is one of the most distinctive beer and food experiences to be found anywhere in the world. With a husband and wife team behind the glorious 800lt steam fired brewery, beer connoisseurs everywhere will be at the front of the queue wanting to taste one of their 3 signature beers, Wheat Beer, Scotch Ale or Golden Ale. Seasonal beers are made right throughout the year and you can taste brands like Christmas Ale or Imperial Stout. The café produces some of the most mouth watering fare that is the perfect accompaniment to their frosted ales.
Ten Minutes by Tractor
Ten minutes by Tractor is a wine estate built around 3 pinnacle vineyards that are literally 10 minutes away from each other by tractor. Going strong for more than 30 years, the estate has since added further vineyards, an award winning restaurant and more wines to their ever growing range of exclusive wines. A day out to the estate is one to be savored and after tasting all their stunning wine, it would be sensible to make sure you have booked a taxi to take you back to your holiday accommodation.
There is also a whole clutch of other vineyards surrounding Shoreham. Most offer tours and tastings, but some are by appointment only, so it’s best to check before setting out.

The mild and temperate climate of the Mornington region makes a perfect year round destination. Summer temperatures are kept cool from the coastal sea breeze blowing in from the sea and day time temperatures average at about 29C. The winter months from May to September go down a bit more to about 16 C, but remains pleasant throughout the year.

Fly into Melbourne, the capital of Victoria and the second biggest city in Australia.
