Amazing location and very comfortable stay!
My friends and I had an amazing weekend trip in Melbourne. The house is very conveniently located and easy walking distance to cafes and bars. The host was welcoming and very accommodating. Highly recommend this listing!
Beautiful apartment in a great location.
We met Sue, one of the owners when we arrived at the apartment, she was very friendly and helpful showing us to the car space and then taking us up to the apartment and giving as a quick tour.
The whole building is very well presented especially the apartment, it was well set out and perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and a decent size lounge/dining room. The location is great, only 5 min walk to the large Fawkner park with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play on the equipment. Public transport is available just outside the apartment on St Kilda Rd and there is a parking space available under the building if you have a car. With minimal traffic you can be at Chadstone Shopping Centre in about 15 minutes or in the heart of the city in under 10 minutes.
Great views of the city and Albert Park from the apartment, and even better if you venture to the rooftop after dark.
Overall the apartment was very clean and well set out, with a well stocked kitchen making cooking as easy as being at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would have no hesitation recommending this place to family and friends.
