  • Very comfortable, awesome views, surrounded by peaceful animals - domestic and native

A short stay but with all the provisions we needed. Our dog loved the quiet and change of scenery. Sightings of kangaroos (maybe too many on pasture land), emus and birds were the highlights of the early morning walks. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Annette but Bill was up and about when we were leaving to say hello. If you like to get away from it all, enjoy the peaceful native surrounds then this is the place. Lovely orchids on the veranda.

If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet escape to a stunning area of Victoria, I would urge you to check out this place! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time in Trentham and at this property with Helen and Bryan. The house is gorgeous, with spacious amenities and a perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas. The hosts are genuinely lovely people with a passion for looking after others, so you will be well catered to! Breakfast was just stunning each morning and should you ever need guidance on what to do, they will have a bounty of suggestions for you based on their plentiful knowledge of the area. Do yourself a favour and spend a few days in this cute retreat, you will be all the better for it!
