During the cool season, the average daytime temperature is of 30° C and the temperature stays so from November till February. The hot season extends from March till May with average daytime temperature being 35°C while the rainy season stretches from June to October.

To get to Koh Chang, it is advised you land on the Trat Airport (TDX), from where the island is a two hour journey. Another alternative for tourists is a flight till the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) in Bangkok, from where the island is five hours away.
