Response score and listing quality
Your listing quality scorecard is a great way to help you improve your listing to get more bookings and provide a great traveller experience. This feature shows you how you're performing on key elements that reflect what's important to travellers when booking a property. Your overall listing quality score and its components are now available in your dashboard. Your listing quality score also helps determine where your property appears within search results relative to other listings. In addition, we have added a response score metric based on the speed and frequency of your responses to travellers via our secure communication system.
We’ve upgraded your current reservation tools to make it easier to manage each aspect of your reservation from start to finish by combining features of your email with essential reservation tools. You’ll save time by easily identifying which messages need your attention, and being able to access your calendar, rates, payment requests, and more with just a click.
We've also given the dashboard homepage a makeover so you’ll see a different home screen when you log in to your HomeAway account. This new dashboard homepage makes it even easier to manage your business, giving you at-a-glance access to all your enquiries, calendar, and other tools.
