    We had an excellent 11 weeks stay at Sea Magic Park B12/73 during the summer of 2017. The apartment is nicely decorated with a wonderful outside area. The facilities in Sea Magic Park (4 pools, gym, poolbar, path to a rocky but quiet beach) are of high quality, communication with the staff before and after our check-in was quick and efficient and in general we absolutely loved the calm and beauty of Northern Cyprus. It's far from the Centre but there is a small market for small groceries a short walk from the apartment. The only two areas of concern / recommendation for improvement would be: - The double beds are only 130x200 cm. This is extremely small, I would strongly suggest to upgrade this to a normal queen (160x200) or kingsize (180x200) bed. - The utilities systems in Sea Magic are terrible. Unlike other compounds in Northern Cyprus they do not have their have their own power generator and also they do not have an independent water storage and pumping system. I think we had around 5 power cuts and at least 50 (!) periods without water supply. Most of them are solved within the hour but in a few occasions we were without water for more then 4 hours which is very annoying especially if you come back from beach/pool and you cannot have a shower. One day, practically the whole day from 8:30 am until 5pm! Despite these issues I still think the price/quality ratio is very good, especially as utilities and cleaning are included in the package. We would definitely consider to return to Sea Magic Park and recommend this place to others.

    The apartment was outstanding. So much space for my family and I. It has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Kitchen was very well equipped. Everything in the apartment was clean. The bedding and the towels were lovely...almost brand new and fresh. The two outside terraces were immaculate, spaces that we as a family enjoyed using. Plenty of outside furniture, two sets of table and chairs (one on each terrace). The sun loungers were lovely. With a big parasol on the roof top tetrace. Amazing bbq up there too!!! The view is great, especially to watch the sunset. The complex was extremely well maintained...a pleasure to walk through. The pool area was fabulous and never too busy. Ample space and sun loungers for everyone. There is a pool bar which is handy for drinks and snacks. I would definitely recommend car hire as the complex is a bit remote. There is a supermarket and restaurant within easy walking distance but car would be needed to travel to other amenities. We found getting the local bus very handy but it offers limited service times. I also would advise anyone travelling from Northern Ireland or Scotland to make sure they bring English sterling notes rather than Northern Irish sterling or Scottish sterling...it is NOT excepted anywhere...we couldn't even get it changed at the banks or money exchanges in the main town!! Overall an extremely beautiful and chilled holiday. Would definitely recommend and visit again
