We liked the convenient location close to Southern Cross with its supermarket and public transport options. We enjoyed the little extra touches such as shampoo and shower gel. Although we didn't use it, the washing machine including washing powder is a great bonus. The view from the studio is incredible. The only negative thing was the constant noise, mostly due to construction all around the apartment building. We had to plug our ears to get some sleep but maybe that's the price you pay if you want to be right downtown.

As a couple we had a great stay at Chetwynd St. It is a pleasant walk from Victoria Markets and a short tram ride then to the city centre. The property itself is entered via a side lane into a pleasant garden and is a self contained segment of the larger building. A nice bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting area all provided. TV and aircon inc. Building has interesting history. Hosts Neil and Les keep it very tidy and comfortable. We only met Neil, who was friendly and helpful with key pick up and departure. Would definitely stay again.
