Lovely house which we are keen to stay in again. We stayed there with our grown-up sons and their partners so we’re delighted that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite) - but do be aware that the downstairs bathroom does not have a shower and only the main bedroom has a double bed (others are singles which cannot be made into doubles). The photos do not really do it justice as the rooms are much bigger than we expected and great to have so many extras - books, games, dvds, etc. and loads of things in the kitchen- very well-equipped. Also brilliant to have the garden (N. B. you can’t see the Minster from the back garden) - it was very sunny during our stay so mostly we had breakfast out there. We were concerned about the parking, but although the street is very narrow, it is also quiet and we managed to park right outside. There is also a public car park behind the house for extra cars (parking permit is for one car only) although it is quite expensive. Overall this was like a home-from-home literally a few minutes walk from the Minster and the city centre so a real find which we hope to return to.
